MEET THE TEAM

MEGAN: FOUNDING EDITOR / RADIO & PODCAST HOST
SHE/HER | LONDON | @MEGANGRAYE_
I’m Megan, the Founder at VOCAL GIRLS. I started the platform back in 2020, intent on changing the narrative around the lack of gender diversity in the music industry. Together with our growing team of committed volunteers, I create events and content for our engaged community. Alongside coordinating all of our output and projects, I also host the VOCAL GIRLS podcast, write features and photograph shoots. Aside from my work on the platform, I'm a freelance music journalist, content creator and musician - with experience working for the likes of The Independent, DIY magazine and The V&A.
